Hello! My name is Fiona. I am an Executive Coach and Human Givens Therapist.

I have enjoyed a varied career as a coach, therapist, consultant and trainer. What is always important to me is helping people believe in themselves.
From my first job managing a community centre, my professional background has been in facilitating change and the development of individuals, teams and organisations. I have assisted council tenants to form co-operatives to enable them to manage their housing services, worked with a number of local authorities and coached in a range of companies including Transport for London (TfL) and Anglian Water Group (AWG). I have worked extensively with politicians, local government and charities.
I have a warm, professional and down-to-earth approach and care about finding the best outcome for my clients.
On a personal note, I grew up in Sydney, Australia and have lived in the UK since 1983. My background gave me experience of success and adversity as well as the challenge of change.
I enjoy creative writing, walking in nature, live music and theatre, travel, outdoor swimming and dancing.
I have a current DBS disclosure, am registered with the Human Givens Institute and the Information Commissioner.
